The material used is AISI304 18/10,a material fit for contact with food,easy to clean and long-lasting. Our knives are produced with a special process,through which we obtain a knife with hollow handle.thanks to this characteristic,our knife has a proter weight and an excellent balancing.Moreover,the blade is grafted in the knife,this special and extremely diffcult process,which between handle and blade and hence strongly reduces tarnishing. Our blades are produce in 4028C the most valuable and suitable material to obtain long-lasting quality blades with excellent cutting characteristics. Our cutlery can be washed in dishwashing machines.
