As a manufacturing company with a global sales network, VORMANN holds a leading position in metal processing with fittings and coupling technologies, shelving and classification systems as our main product lines. Our excellent international reputation, which is oriented towards a great variety of distribution channels, is based on high quality standards and environmental awareness, reliability, experience and innovative diversity. We are meeting our customers demands, which are becoming more and more stringent, with our own field service network including an assembly and installation team. Presentations geared to customers wishes and simultaneously designed for profitability are assembled at the point of sale and checked for saleability and up-to-datedness on a regular basis. Retention of our own production facilities is the backbone of our manufacturing competence, above all in the area of coupling technology and shelving systems. In spite of the ever-increasing pressure exercised by imports from low-wage countries, it is our explicit aim to maintain our own production facilities while continuing to strengthen our market position. To meet our customers demand for "supplies from a single source, we have extended our product range during the last few years by adding new lines that fit into our portfolio. In this we have consistently followed our philosophy of in-house production where possible, and outsourcing where necessary, always insisting on specific quality standards. For the majority of our wood connectors and joist hangers, verification and approval certificates have been obtained which meet the building regulations. Our shelf brackets and all types of brackets from our production are also thoroughly checked before they leave our premises. This is the only way we can offer the required reliability with the help of strict quality management, a characteristic of our company for generations, and guarantee the high quality standard of products "made in Germany. Another essential part of our philosophy is our orientation towards international markets. Here also we benefit from our own product design and production facilities, since they allow us to cater to special requirements and conditions in individual countries, such as special dimensions, surface treatment, etc. Our website presentation, currently available in 5 languages, is also an expression of VORMANNs international presence. Several additional languages are in preparation. The recently introduced idea management concept, designed to get staff from all corporate departments involved in the entrepreneurial planning process, is another important cornerstone of our companys future-oriented strategy.
