The GEMÜ 620 with pneumatic membrane actuator and the GEMÜ 675 manual valve are now available with new connections and valve body
materials. Bodies with flanges to BS 10 Table E and flanges to ANSI class 125/150 RF, both with length EN 558, series 7, ISO 5752 basic series 7, have been added to our range. These two connections are now available in valve body materials EN-GJS-500-7 (GGG 50) with PFA and PP lining in nominal sizes DN 25–150. These body versions offer high resistance to corrosive acids and alkalis and can be used at operating pressures of up to 10 bar. They are usually combined with PTFE diaphragms. The new valve body materials are mainly used in the chemical industry, mining, and the extraction of iron, non-ferrous and precious metals. With the introduction of the new body versions for the two valve types GEMÜ now offers more than 170 different valve body versions to DIN, EN, BS and ANSI standards.
